UNIT OWNERS HOW TO PAY YOUR COMMON ELEMENT FEES
Common element fees are due on the 1st of every month. The Corporation accepts Pre-Authorized Debit payment for common element fees. You must fill out the PAP form and provide a copy of a void cheque for processing. Any forms received after the 20th of the month will not be processed for the 1st of the upcoming month. Please reach out to management@fivecondos.ca to make payment arrangements.
